iPhone (Safari)

  1. Open clip-cut.com in Safari
  2. Tap the Share button
  3. Scroll and tap Add to Home Screen
  4. Tap Add

Android (Chrome)

  1. Open clip-cut.com in Chrome
  2. Tap the three dots menu
  3. Tap Install app or Add to Home screen
  4. Tap Install

Desktop (Chrome or Edge)

  1. Open clip-cut.com
  2. Click the install icon in the address bar
  3. Click Install

Frequently asked questions

Is the ClipCut app free?

Yes. Adding ClipCut to your home screen is free and takes about 10 seconds. There is no app store and nothing to download.

Does it work offline?

The pages you have opened load again offline, but editing needs the engine, which is downloaded the first time you cut a video.

How do I remove it?

Press and hold the icon on your home screen and choose Remove, like any other app.

Why does it not use an app store?

ClipCut is a web app. It updates itself, takes no storage and your videos never leave your device.
